I've been working here since the past year and I’m seeing a positive change regarding many things. Phele ki baat hi alag thi, it was toxic and nobody knew their responsibilities and everyone used to just keep blaming each other, but now I can say they are doing really well. Initially some employees didn't contribute much, jisse kam krne wale par extra pressure tha.Ab , with the new team , everyone is working with the fear of getting fired. jiise kam ka pressure barabar distribute ho raha hai. This the positive change that old employees are witnessing.
