Decent environment and good learning opportunities.Employees receive mobile reimbursements, a thoughtful gesture by the company that eases the financial burden of work-related communication. Apart from this, facilities provided are sufficient for our work needs, contributing to a productive atmosphere.

Dislikes

No in-house cafeteria facility Work can get demanding at times.

They are on the way of improving .Still I do not understand what is going on . I have seen many new faces in last few months and they are taking many new initiatives. The transition has been confusing , yet they have made many things clear like earlier the roles and responsibilities were not so clear. but now everybody has their owndedicated responsibilities .Career advancement seems to be getting better...Read More

I find significant satisfaction in my work. The compensation structure, while not always offering the highest base pay, aligns with individual performance and contributions. This approach incentivizes employees to excel and rewards those who consistently deliver exceptional results. Also, they focus on skill development of the employees. Plus, office location is also convenient.

Dislikes

Lack of management support and rude behavior is something I don’t like.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
