I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. my work is too good, and i am multitasking person in my office. I and and my some colleagues are first choice of my seniors for every work. Seniors also very helpful to us. I get to work closely with my clients or customers.
