Working as a full-time content writer since 2021. I was a fresher when I joined and did not know about the creative writing format. But now, I can create any content without any flaws. From their management team, both Souvik Chakraborty and Nabanita Dutta are very co-operative.

Nothing at all! They say WFH. But what is the point when you have to invest 10 to 12 hrs daily! That too under a meagre salary! This is not even a company. You will not receive any payslip. Hence, you cannot show it in your next job. It's not even a company.

~~~~~~~~Everything!~~~~~~~~ 1. Work culture- Terrible! 2. Experience- Horrible! 3. Behaviour- Do not get me started! They do not know how to behave professionally. Remember that Bank official who went viral for his toxic behaviour? The employer is the female version of that person. 4. What you can learn from them?- Well they won't teach you anything. Absolutely nothing. 5. Professionalism- What's that to Capital Infotech employers? The way they behave, unacceptable. 6. And you don't get to talk to your peers. I don't know what kind of professionalism is that you cannot talk to your peers to discuss a project except the employer! 7. Work-Life balance: Forget about your personal life if you are working in Capital Infotech. You have to join at 10 am sharp(which is fine), but you have to call your employer every day before 10 am to ask for tasks. The shift ends at 7 pm. Now here comes 'the talk'. You don't get your work assigned right away. They will assign work after 1 to 2 hours. Now you have to compensate for that 1 to 2 hours by working 1 to 2 hours after your shift ends. What the thing is, log-in time is extremely professional while log-out time does not exist. Work until you complete your word limit. And every day is a client submission day! Every day is the deadline. Who gives tasks on the day before submission, that too every damn time! 8. Leave- Forget about the leaves. You don't get that. Work every day, and sometimes on Sundays too! You will get a LOP even if you get sick. Because they do not provide employees with any paid leave. 9. Job Security- They will threaten you of terminating your service every now and then because you are in your probationary period forever. Imagine an organisation offering permanent WFH mode with a meagre salary sets their probation period from 6 months to 1 year! What sorcery! Because they know that no writer would want to work with them for long, and hence they won't have to increase their salaries. 10. Mental peace- That is a new and alien concept to employers. The list goes on! The gist is:'Even if you do not manage to get a job elsewhere, please do not fall under the trap of Capital Infotech. They will suck your blood and return nothing. This company has given me the job when I was badly in need of the same I was a fresher but they trained me and make me appropriate for the job. The best part when other companies were firing people during CoViD 19 Capital infotech was hiring and providing job security.
