Nothing at all! They say WFH. But what is the point when you have to invest 10 to 12 hrs daily! That too under a meagre salary! This is not even a company. You will not receive any payslip. Hence, you cannot show it in your next job. It's not even a company.

... service every now and then because you are in your probationary period forever. Imagine an organisation offering permanent WFH mode with a meagre salary sets their probation period from 6 months to 1 year! What sorcery! Because they know that no writer would want to work with them for long, and hence they won't have to increase their salaries. 10. Mental peace- That is a new and alien concept to employers. The list goes on! The gist is:'Even if you do not manage to get a job elsewhere, please do not fall under the trap of Capital Infotech. They will suck your blood and return nothing. They are like vampires.'

They provided me content on different niches... So, I learned how to write everything.

Not a fixed word count, everyday the committee will ask you to produce more words. Strict timing and the worst of all is delaying the salary...you'll get 1st month's salary on the end of 2nd month and so on....

Honestly nothing. They are not deserving enough for even one thumbs up. I so wish there were ratings in the negatives. Then it would have been appropriate for them.

...ign work on time, and expect you to complete 3000-3500 words a day without fail. If you fail to deliver you are required to work on national holidays and Sundays too or else your salary gets deducted. Imagine working for a meager salary equivalent to peanuts for 30-31 days a month. Isn't it exploiting? One could even manage to work on a low salary considering it is WFH and no loss of money on traveling, etc. but it is impossible to work in a company where people do not have basic manners to talk. How can you work in a company where you are abused as if you are 10-year-old kid? We are professionals and this is not a way to treat working individuals. Obviously, we are skilled enough to handle and manage the work as they take 3 rounds of written tests of 1000 words each to finally recruit the candidate. Then how come just after recruiting we are not fit enough for our role? They give unrealistic targets and immense work pressure. They make you doubt your abilities. Trust me this company is not worth your time. However if you think it is a fake review or something, go ahead and try this company out for some time. I am sure you will also be writing a similar review after your bad experience working there.

Nothing. My experience is horrible.

Everything that is going on in this start-up. 1. They put you in a 6-12 month rotation period. Like seriously? It's an unregistered company. 2. You can hear your employer shouting at their kid, spouse, and of course, you. You will get a verbal thrashing for mistakes but no praise for good work. 3. The pay is much compared to the work pressure. They deduct salaries like it's their fair right to do so if you commit any mistake unintentionally. It's their way to teach you a lesson. 4. They will make you work overtime right from the beginning. You will find yourself working 70+ hours a week soon. 5. You do not get to talk to your peers, even if you are editing their work. 6. The position of the HR is just for a show. 7. Their professionalism needs proper professional guidance. They are unaware of this term. 8. You don't get any paid leave other than complimentary leave. Join at your own risk.
