Manager and team leader plan every day how to control people and do more jobe in less salary. If anyone not perform they will be fired on same day. Many employees face this problem

This company is worst in all the criterias listed above. I lost my job due to company politics & no support from the leadership/senior management when I was critically ill. The seniors never support you in the critical times and they play politics in order to get you out of the company. Girish Gulati Prabhat Goswami Snehasis Roychowdhury Apoorva Khanna These three ruined my career and life.

Removed more than half of fresher employees during the training. And training environment at Airoli is like hell in starting of 2024 almost 3 women freshers suffered from panic attacks and almost 80-90% trainees suffered from anxiety and depression. Most of mentors killing confidence of trainees every day

Being a part of amazing band mates and making some good friends for lifetime. The learning culture is top notch. They do everything to make you upskill yourself.

Types of manager and the treatment towards freshers, rude behavior and ignorance nature towards employee and employee performance.

The only thing I like that they give so many educational paid version website access

Culture is so bad...they just say that our policy is so good but they does not care about you even if client is happy from you then also they will not give good ratings and promotion after too much of work load they want to do some mandatory certification like AZ, GCP.
