According to policy, I was on contract for 6 months but What I noticed is that some employees in the project which were employed with me had been taken on payroll & they completed only 4 months, I had been completed 1 year on contract with good performance but I had not been privileged by the payroll as rest of my colleagues are having.I tried to contact higher management, they took some action but it was not effective & I noticed there is a lot of politics....Read More
