Have encountered worst experience with a senior person who is more into forming the terrible harassing environment and strangest thing is they do not have cameras on floor to provide support and evidences of our complaints.

No appreciation, no increment, no promotion....only higher management people get salary increments and promotion. For lower level employees they dont have budget... No recognition from team manager...team lead pretend to manager like he only handling team...worst management You can not take leaves on days you want but still on name of work life balance they force you to take random leaves

Capgemini is Good company to work with however GroupIT is worst department. All the egoistical persons are sitting on top position who reached there through promotion only while working serval years in same department hence they don't promotes new and fresh telent. HR is just for name here it's completely dummy department just follow what top management bark. Freshers don't get opportunities to get tagged in project. The promotion and appraisal are messed up, I didn't got any appraisal or even promotion working for 2 years. Communication is not straight forward. Working overtime and on weekends has became a norm. There are no incentive for a freshers continuing working in this organization. Removed more than half of fresher employees during the training. And training environment at Airoli is like hell in starting of 2024 almost 3 women freshers suffered from panic attacks and almost 80-90% trainees suffered from anxiety and depression. Most of mentors killing confidence of trainees every day

Work life balance is really good... If you get a chance to work in the development n the implementation projects you'll find really helpful teammates but on the other side in the support project you might face some issues.

Promotions, appraisal are way to far away from CG. Learning new tech and acquiring new skills are not present in the work culture of CG

Job security is there and internal switch opportunities are provided by the management.

No appraisal for more than 2 years and addition to that appraisal process is pathetic.
