Reallly not. There is nothing to like unless you have good manager and project

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

They have bad process. Spoiling with tye profile by puttting you to wrong profile and work balance is worst as the client may strech working hours. Hard to get good manager who instead of supporting team should not be puppet of client.If you are performing and getting 3 rating 3years back to back you are consider as PIP candidate and no increment for u your variable salary is vanish
