Well, it depends on the team and the rapport with them which will lead to the growth professionally. Flexibility and positive approach to dealing with certain issues. Wide range of certifications to enhance the skills. Good scope to showcase the capabilities and interact with various clients. Fun activities to distract ourselves from hectic work. Recognition and motivation.

Dislikes

Un realistic targets. No perks. No work life balance. Less salaries.
