Likes

During covid, as many companies provided work from home.even capgemini has provided the same. Nothing special about it. As an organization it is a great company but management is very bad.

Dislikes

Management, nothing is fairly done. Be it appraisals or opportunities. Compensation really is bad.

Work Details

My work was always good and being in consulting job it would have been great with Management support.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
