Toxic nature. In my I don't have any projects my supervisor assigned me though tasks ( Full app, application, chat bot dataverse tables etc) I have only 1.5 years of experience only I said but he doesn't leason to me and given to months time only for complete it. At least lost my job.

Everything. Recruited me in Java role, placed in devops oriented monitoring role which I had no relation in skill set wise. Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance. Capgemini has a good work life balance. Offers many financial offers like leasing of cars and many more options. Capgemini offers more on-site opportunities for the employees. The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office. Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.

Dislikes

The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.

They dont care about Work life balance .. in some projects u will need to work for more than 10 hrs daily.. Sometimes they missed to communicate important notifications with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.
