manager to whom i reported when i was with clario account intentionally she given worst rating last year due to that I won't get my variable pay and I have talk to with HRBU no use with and why HR is not at all useful they won't listen to me and I feel in Capgemini at my tenure there are lot of politics playing and why Cg is not giving appraisals to the employees who already proved themeselfs for some years...Read More
