Internal politics is more in Bangalore Campus, If you keep buttering the HR, SME, Team Lead/ Manager, then only you could secure your job here. If your a Fresher , I could never recommend this company , Worst company because once after training chances of removing you is more ..

Capgemini has a good work life balance. Offers many financial offers like leasing of cars and many more options. Capgemini offers more on-site opportunities for the employees. The Hybrid policy is more flexible than focusing on the number of hours in the office. Have plenty number of offices in major locations in India so one could relocate easily within country.

Dislikes

The pay and compensation is way lower than any competitor in the Service based sector. After being for 3+ years just 15% is hiked till now on total compensation on what I have joined the organisation.

Reporting to office schedule. We have to report in any location, no matter the team sits there or not. There is no need to report to office in that way but they still mandate us to report to office.

Work life balance is good, leave easily approved, Offices are very well standard and facilitate mostly mumbai and Bangalore office. Various projects you can switch your skills or add on.

For fresher there is very less increament, No bonus No gifts for dewali like festival as we are labour compalsary these things. But overall it's good

Branded MNC & learnt alot of skills, and mainly experience is valuable(as it's a branded MNC)for more promotion jobs in future.

No job security. 60-70% protocols for termination, even if u work hard, if you can't do showoff infront of your manager, in her mind she thinks you don't have knowledge.

No Hikes, No Promotions. Top Leadership is Old. They don’t understand the changing trends. They have not changed their mindset with the time. If you are lucky you may get some good project otherwise you will struggle.

This company is worst in all the criterias listed above. I lost my job due to company politics & no support from the leadership/senior management when I was critically ill. The seniors never support you in the critical times and they play politics in order to get you out of the company. Girish Gulati Prabhat Goswami Snehasis Roychowdhury Apoorva Khanna These three ruined my career and life.

Salary is bad, be prepare to work on nearly the same salary at which you join, for ever. Old timer Kanbay employees holding most of the senior positions and won’t let other more deserving employees to rise, lot of politics for promotions etc. don’t stay for more then 1-2 years even if you join.

Working culture is good. Very very few people are genuine. Skill development opportunities are really excellent. You can manage work life balance very well.

Vertical is as per technology not as per domain (which other organization have). Service line leadership fighting with each other. No robust process for performance rating. Still using bell curve. Real added valued resources are getting bad rating and leaving organization very often. Most of the senior designated leaders are of nouse.
