I expected 10 years with Capgemini 4 times I got 0% annual appraisal not only me many people they didn't get any appraisal, 4 times I got highest rating but appraisal % like 3%, 4%, 2.19% like that. I advise please don't join Capgemini for Non IT (BPO).

The portals that are provided for learning are quite helpful. Job security.

Although it may depend project to project, here are some of the cons I have about the company: 1. We can learn different skills from the portals, but there are little to no projects/opportunities where we can apply said new skills. 2. The compensation is way too low, and benefits are non-existent. 3. Growth opportunities are very ver y limited, and you will more often than not be placed into a project which cannot improve your existing skills and it will be very hard to find new skills to learn within the project. 4. There is way too much partiality towards existing employees, and even if you prove yourself you might not get the credibility you deserve. 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Appraisals and promotions are very poor for existing employees</mark>. 6. More often than not, you will be placed in a testing project, which isn’t a bad thing per say, but you will get nothing new to learn, no challenges, and very monotonous work with unnecessarily huge amount of pressure. 7. Work-life balance is non-existent. Very poor for the salary they provide. Company policies are good and day by day becoming more good. Job security is very good since capgemini is huge company it has lot to offer to everyone. Work culture is pretty much good they really care for employee and their family.

Dislikes

If I compare with other companies their annual increment is always less compared to market and health insurance could have been much better and little affordable.
