Work life balance. On time salary. Good client but depends on project. Good job security even project is rolled off, they will allocate new project. They will give more interviews while in bench.
Every year project get rolled off. There is no long time project. Worst management even you resigned no one will contact. Buyout option available here, but they will not get, have to stay all 90 days notice period.

The EPIP campus is well maintained and we have lots of stall for lunch, that's the good point. And we have good seating arrangements there.
