I have a BTech degree in Computer Science, 3 years of work experience. Interest towards Finance and Banking. Can someone please tell me HOW can I transition my career in Product Management role. I got confused with the info available on YouTube and other platforms.

doing certification will clear your vision towards PM role and job at initial stage. Doing MBA will open more domains for you in order to pursue other things as well in case you dont fit into PM role So MBA is the answer

You can start by learning product management basics through courses like Pragmatic Institute or PM specific platforms, apply for fintech PM roles

Have you worked anywhere or just a fresher?

If you have Engineering background, you can consider an MBA - Finance. Try to learn about what are the Multiple domains available within Banking itself like Payments, Money Market, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Forex, Insurance etc., Choose a Specialisation that is domain specific and now try to get few certifications on that. Learn Basic of PM functions, that will help to crack the interview.
