Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

its totally depends on the Project that you have been hired for. At the noida location they are more into L1 Profile. The only thing i like , - I was getting Night shift allowance - They follow the IT culture. - Shift timing was fixed. - Fixed off

The IMS HR’s are pathetic. If you have anything with HR they don’t help you easily.
