Freshers don't get opportunities to get tagged in project. The promotion and appraisal are messed up, I didn't got any appraisal or even promotion working for 2 years. Communication is not straight forward. Working overtime and on weekends has became a norm. There are no incentive for a freshers continuing working in this organization. My advice, if you joined the organization as freshers start applying for some other good offers in different companies....Read More

Removed more than half of fresher employees during the training. And training environment at Airoli is like hell in starting of 2024 almost 3 women freshers suffered from panic attacks and almost 80-90% trainees suffered from anxiety and depression. Most of mentors killing confidence of trainees every day

Capgemini puts employees first and definitely takes care of their work life balance, mental health.

The salary package is way below the market slab. Annual increment is also not that good i.e. hardly 2-5%.

Work life balance is really good... If you get a chance to work in the development n the implementation projects you'll find really helpful teammates but on the other side in the support project you might face some issues.

Dislikes

Promotions, appraisal are way to far away from CG. Learning new tech and acquiring new skills are not present in the work culture of CG

Job security is there and internal switch opportunities are provided by the management.

No appraisal for more than 2 years and addition to that appraisal process is pathetic.

They dont care about Work life balance .. in some projects u will need to work for more than 10 hrs daily.. Sometimes they missed to communicate important notifications with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

Internal project switching is nit convenient. It's very hard to find project while in bench. Less visibility within a organization. Staffing partners doesn't find the role matching your skill sets.
