If you are in Good project, then you are good. If you stuck in bad project then you will be on your own to decide. Moving from a project to another is depend on chance and your luck. Though it is difficult on higher positions. I think it is typical for any service based company. But yes far better than any product company.

Dislikes

If you are ACE, than please have low expectation from team and support quality. it will be your responsibility to know and make others work. If you have ok - ok attitude then it will be ideal place. Travel is very very less, only based on client and your luck connections.
