I don't like anything abt the organisation
I have been working here for the past 2 years now and they haven't given any appraisal everytime they'd tell there's a change in the policy. I have received multiple appreciation from Airbus India side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.
