Business idea was good though copied.

Dislikes

No fixed salary date which is like very basic to start with. Salary is delayed every month here. They can keep you without salary for months in this company, and still you are expected to work with full dedication. Else you can leave, none of their concern. No Salary slip system either to avoid paying employment tax. Generic suggestion will be, try and avoid it if possible, it's a scam.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
