Management is biased. Only specific people will get growth. No company hierarchy, everyone has only one designation. bad work culture, phones are not allowed, the security guard will keep your phones with him. you are not allowed to leave the floor. dont expect growth/promotion here.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
