1st thing they do have HR they have placed false Man power or employee no. 2nd you don't have a Learning or any one who would Teach you. It's an On Job traning but OJT works on field not in the office the other employees use to get irritated when we use to ask doubt. 3rd they expect u to warm the seats. Even if ur work is over they want you to sit till 8.30 - 9 4th while Covid when gov out restrictions the Pradeep an idiot who became ceo just because of his family wealth. he said thier is nothing such as virus it's all Hype created. And he himself use to use sanitizer when ever he use to enter his cabin and guess what he gave to employees. A Small 35 ruppe spirit bottle that to sharing. 5th The other guy training u won't tell u what u have to do for work. Or if ur working u have a doubt they won't solve it. And then the Mardani unmesha will ask what were u doing all the time. 6th MOST IMPORTANT thier is no HR, no medical insurance, No benefits, nothing, & if u have any doubt u can't Msg or talk to the manager unmesha or any one.
