Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

I tried my best to do my best here and did very well but even after almost 2 months, they was not given my salary and when I went to talk about this to the HR here, he too was more interested in talking to the manager madam. stays and starts quarreling with the employee

They talk of greed of 24 thousand salary or at the time of giving salary they say that they will give you only 8 thousand and then salary is not even given and they take away the performance.
