Dislikes

Instead of making employees to permanent still continues as a contract employees just like me. And didn't having corporate offers like medical insurance, pf.

I pride myself on giving 100% of my attention and do hardwork to the task at hand it helped me grow my career to skillfully.So, I’m not the kind of person who’ll be checking or taking personal calls from my desk.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
