the calibreHr is very bd company. The company is not giving appraisal. Even company don't have any appraisal system.

I left the company bcoz of appraisal. The company is not providing any appraisal amount.

Calib HR is not good. At Gurgaon location , Calib HRs don't know how to treat employees.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
