There are a lot of things 1) Work Life balance zero. 2) Join this company if you want to lose everything. 3) They will deduct you TDS but will never credit it into your IT Account. 4) Force you every day to work till 11-14 hours. 5) Doesn't matter if you complete you work before time or on time. if you do not complete 9 hrs on yourchair... means you are not doing anything. 6) No appraisal. 7) No Bonus. 8) You have to come to office on public holidays also. there only 8 holidays in which 4 will be on Sat-Sun. 9) No Agile, No documentation, No any systematic process.. 10) Not a IT company it is a LALA Shop. 11) after few days they will treat you like a slave. 12) N0 Work satisfaction. 13) Since May 2021 to Jun 2021 50 Employees Resigned. 14) they can terminate you any time without giving you notice. 15) senior developers don't even have a common senses.. how thing works in IT. 16) No reimbursement. You have to do official work at your cost. they don't known the term Reimbursement. avoid this organisation at any cost....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
