There are a lot of things 1) Work Life balance zero. 2) Join this company if you want to lose everything. 3) They will deduct you TDS but will never credit it into your IT Account. 4) Force you every day to work till 11-14 hours. 5) Doesn't matter if you complete you work before time or on time. if you do not complete 9 hrs on your chair... means you are not doing anything. 6) No appraisal. 7) No Bonus. 8) You have to come to office on public holidays also. there only 8 holidays in which 4 will be on Sat-Sun. 9) No Agile, No documentation, No any systematic process.. 10) Not a IT company it is a LALA Shop. 11) after few days they will treat you like a slave. 12) N0 Work satisfaction. 13) Since May 2021 to Jun 2021 50 Employees Resigned. 14) they can terminate you any time without giving you notice. 15) senior developers don't even have a common senses.. how thing works in IT. 16) No reimbursement. You have to do official work at your cost. they don't known the term Reimbursement. avoid this organisation at any cost.

Got to learn a lot in my tenure. Probably more than ever. Salaries are on time. Office location is Excellent.

Dislikes

Being a startup it's expected to not work looking at the clock however the timings are flexible.
