The only thing good about this Job, is that you have a Job, "Most people working here are happy that at least they are not unemployed"

Dislikes

1. Salary is credited after 5th of every month 2. While hiring they tell you its Trainer profile for 1 subject of your expertise , but in reality its a Faculty profile, you work as a faculty in College and do everything what a faculty does, in many times teach multiple subjects. 3. They promise of Travel, Food and Accommodation benefits but in reality, but they pay only for the first time, from next time, they ask you to pay yourself and they will reimburse, but they will never reimburse, giving some excuse. 4. If you are not on project they will ask you to report to Hyderabad, which they will not tell you before joining and in that case also they will not pay for accommodation, travel, etc. 5. The recruiters are totally useless, they dont know how to identify the talent and where to deploy them. 6. The entire show is run by the CEO as claimed by the HR, for everything they have to talk to CEO, and in many cases, they will also change your agreement without informing you. 7. They are not scared of legal cases, as there are lots of cases going on against and from them. 8. If you are hopeless and totally unemployed for months and in do or die situation, then only join, even then do not trust anything the recruiters and HR tell you, take everything in writing even the smallest of things, like the no. of subjects you will teach, duties apart from teaching, payment and reimbursement. 9. They will ask you join saying its emergency, do not join immediately unless and everything is clear from their side and you are totally satisfied. 10. If you are placed in a college, there will be a person like coordinator , be careful with them, as anything you say or do is closely monitored by him/her and is reported to his handler. 11. Lastly, I would not recommend, you to join this company instead find vendor and go for Corporate training instead of doing the faculty thing, there are lots of vendors who search for good trainers skilled in one or more technology. 12. They are good in marketing but bad at managing their human resource, every day there is a resignation due to toxic company culture, don't fall for marketing and LinkedIn photos, its all marketing strategy, that all is well....Read More
