Phone strictly not allowed not even at lunch - Management words "phone allowed ni h agr aap chhod k jana chahte h to ja sakte h ,outside world see apko kya karna ,9hrs yaha ho to yahi focus do no out side word communication need and most worst is "Roz roz konsa koi marta h "" At the time of interview they should inform about their phone policy but they not inform and they show a very very bad attitude after joining the employee. This is pure lala company. No job security, the owner can make your increment every other month or he can kick you out very next day.
