Likes

Usual Work from Home support during covid19 time but working hours are increased and shift patterns are terrible where they freeze hiring.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Most of the managers are having god fathers and doesn't understand how to take up side of productivity of a team , also never seen any true appreciation to any team member as due to avoid further appraisals discussion with that member.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
