The company owner is very good. It was very good work but not gotted good salary as per the work. I am not like this job due to less salary as per work.

The company is at too much long distance from my home. The salary was very less and not on time.

Work Details

My work was as operation executive but the owner was done by me all works like bank work and stationery purchase and courier work etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
