The one thing which I desperately like about working at BRV Agencies is that the Atmosphere there is very good. The colleagues are very much supportive. I have learned a lot of professional skills,talents at BRV Agencies.

Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The one thing I dislike at BRV Agencies is there is no holidays except Sunday. If you absent except Sunday then They have cut your that day salary.

Work Details

My work at BRV Agencies is maintaining whole accounting work such as Bank Reconciliation,Book Keeping, Journal Entries, Insurance Policies,Companies Fundamental Works, Maintaining Audit Reports,Stock Statements,Balance Sheet,GSTR Returns with CA madam.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
