What I Disliked About Working at Branding Pioneers While my time at Branding Pioneers allowed me to learn and grow, there were several challenges that made the experience difficult: 1. Unfair Appraisal Practices: Initially, I was promised a 40% hike, but I received only 22% without prior discussion. When management realized I might r esign over this, they corrected it from the next month, but the situation left a lasting impact on my trust. 2. Constant Salary Deductions: Every month, I faced unexplained deductions, which were only rectified after multiple escalations. This process was draining and unprofessional. 3. Lack of Employee Value: Despite working tirelessly, even during festivals and vacations, I often felt undervalued and unappreciated. 4. Toxic Leadership: My team lead's behavior drastically changed after my resignation. Shouting publicly, making unreasonable demands, and blaming me for minor issues created a toxic work environment. 5. Manipulative Retention Tactics: When I decided to resign, I was repeatedly pressured with empty promises of role changes and remote work, making the process unnecessarily stressful. 6. 1. Employee dissatisfaction 2. Alot Sales work to web developers 3. Not respecting the employee skills & interest. 4. Not value there employee 5. Zero work employee happiness 6. Focusing on meeting rather than the work to be done within timeline.Once I was a webdeveloper here and I have to attend 3 meetings daily with the company in which I have to update again and again about the tasks needs to be done. And along with that handle the client meetings. And after done with all this only a short span of time were left to do the webdeveloper work there. It's how the webdeveloper have to survive here. LOL😂 7. Whenever any employee ask for salary hire them they will give only 2-3k of hike in 6 months or 1 year.
