I'm working with this company for 1year, Work culture is good, and got a recent good hike, good benefits, started learning new technologies from bpmlinks free learning portal ... As an employee, earlier I worked one big level 5 organization got a 5% hike and laid off due to corona, here I didn't see any situations. can be recommended to friends and colleagues.

BPM Links has one of the worst working environment, even people who perform don't get the recognition nor are their jobs secure. The Higher Management consists of people who are racially divided and mostly inclination is towards resources from Chennai. The hiring and firing policy is at its peak and it just keeps continuing. What they want is people who don't question the way things are done even if they are the worst policies ever....Read More

I worked as a Recruitment Manager with BPM Links for both Offshore and Onsite recruitment, I have the very best and have out performed in every way possible but the way the Owners abuse and yell at the employees was a shock, it is how they run the Org
