Company Culture is very Optimistically fine and also having a great opportunity for new Joiner to prove themselves here according to their Job Criteria and having Job Security as well and working Satisfaction is fine as well.

No scope in knowledge even if the very old Botree employees have no knowledge means they will retain them. If the resources having more knowledge means but they wont consider it. Only agenda money for them. Without spending money they will expect more deliveries and work. No respect and recognition with hardworking employees.. no job security.. employees work in fear, they may ask you to resign or sack anytime... Very poor and dumb management.... If you want to make your life hell then you are welcome to this organisation....
