We can gain more knowledge for skill development.

No scope in knowledge even if the very old Botree employees have no knowledge means they will retain them. If the resources having more knowledge means but they wont consider it. Only agenda money for them. Without spending money they will expect more deliveries and work. If you don't like they will fire you immediate without any HR and employee conversation. Very poor administration and HR team won't take any step in understanding the employee and problems faced
