Company Culture is very Optimistically fine and also having a great opportunity for new Joiner to prove themselves here according to their Job Criteria and having Job Security as well and working Satisfaction is fine as well.

We can gain more knowledge for skill development.

No scope in knowledge even if the very old Botree employees have no knowledge means they will retain them. If the resources having more knowledge means but they wont consider it. Only agenda money for them. Without spending money they will expect more deliveries and work. The first thing, i like about botree was work life balance and Those who worked truly they were getting the opportunities in the right time. I really glad that i got wonderfull leaders such as Ashok, Shaym, Senthil, Keyur. Those who shaped my career in botree since last 5 years
