HR policies in India are worst with least benefits and hikes. Learning on job is close to nothing. Extremely slow career growth with peanut hikes. Obsolete tech stack in majority projects. Extreme micro management at org level especially in India. Roles are not what they promise initially during interview. Bad project level decisions. The once glorified job security is now a myth. Your resume will die with 3 months notice. It has become just another service company that advertises itself as product company. Apart from work life balance, nothing can be appreciated about it. Your job security will be at stake if no projects are there , you ll be fired without any reason, pretends to be the best company unless you know it's insidious talk.

Work culture is good. Training sessions are informative and useful for growth. Employee policies are good.

Dislikes

Increment, Appraisal is worst. 2-3% max increment. Too much process for simple task. Currently due to over hiring, most of people are in bench in Bangalore location. Germany Bosch fired 7000+ people. And rumours are they will going to do same in Bangalore location (No projects at all)*
