No good culture at office, although small but very very toxic environment, Every Saturday sunday they expect we to work and when ask for compoff don't approve, you will be like even worse then hell.. They dont even understand QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL Better Go with any Toxic MNC but not here because atleast in MNC since they atleast listen n understand e-mails communication but here although you try yo manage through documenting your work they will say f2f discussion and in that too they will as they want.
