Dispute in incentives. Numbers achieved were always disputed. Terrible boss and management will treat you like a slave. If some thing good happens credit goes to management and for any wrong doing it is an individual who will made responsible. Too much politics and people are favored for promotion because one is favourite of boss, the performance doesnt matter. No learning, no monetary grwoth or no skill development.
