Unfortunately, there are zero positives.

Dislikes

The work is super toxic, management feels they can simply wake up and make rules of their own. There's no empathy towards their employees. It literally works on old-school beliefs, like an individual who spends the most hours in the office is the only one working, if you're not a yes-boss you're no good.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
