Management is in favor with old employees, Gossip place, Higher managers like N is almost puppet of old employees. one of the old Project Manger (AB) works almost for 10 years here if you are working with him make sure you cant make longer in project as well as in organization. I was with Biz 4 solutions for 1.3 years ,joined as a fresher , believe me the best company i have started my career with.Highly supportive and motivating management, project managers and colleague.What your profile may be management gives chance to an individual to also work in different profile and gain knowledge.I dont think any other companies do so.The best part is they dont diffrentiate between a fresher and expereinced candidage because expereinced candidate support a lot to freshers and make sure they become perfect in what they are doing.Really i want to thank you Biz4 solutions for makimh my career .Who ever will work here can sustain to any conditions in future because knowlege is important to sustain in IT industry which the company provides....Read More

I don't think i would dislike anything.Yeah sometimes we have to work extra hours , but thats natural in any company worldwide , if work is not delivered to client we have to work and ensure the work is done.Its common everywhere.

I was a Junior Test engineer , but explored in every possible way like BA profile too.Understood how to communicate with clients ,billing etc .

There is no on-job training for fresher. Sometimes it becomes difficult to maintain work-life balance but over the year's it is improving.
