Likes

Work environment and culture is good. Colleagues are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge playground and park for refreshing our mood. School policies are good they give good salary hike.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

They don't give training to the new teachers. There is a bond of two years before that you can resign with a valid reason but the last decision is on management. Salary hike is not as expected but atmosphere is good for work.

The job is quite interesting! I learnt manything on the job. I got chances to manage diffrent classes and subjects.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
