Completely ethical in operations which is good in long run for Opus but becomes difficult to battle with some of the players who are not so ethical.

Anyone can be hired in this company no matter what field you are from just need one thing that you know sales.

Dislikes

Experts from their field not required here even I suggest to not on-board yourself. Frontline are frustrated with this company. Aditya Birla has competition in their internal Companies as Ultratech has waterproofing division, Birla white has putty division so Birla Opus has competition of self. Frontliners are fighting and Asm and upper fools are just enjoying cat fights.

One of the best employers in my career of 17 years. Very supportive Managers, Visionary top management and Best HR. It should be a dream job for anyone who wants a stable and secured job with utmost job satisfaction.

So many things which employees are not like, this is not only about myself but it is about whole culture of the company based on current scenario. 1. Huge pressure. 2. 70% Materials of Paint industry not available even 30% of them not started the manufacturing. 3. From day one they thought they will become market leaders on 2-3 years, so they are pressurized their employees to open Dealer as much as possible. So starting a business with a new dealer it’s difficult. 4. Due to excessive dealers no body is doing business with is, because in starting everyone want some exclusivity from new company. 5. You have to work 12-14hours on daily basis, even meetings are arranged at 9-10PM (without month end period) 6. Very few big dealers are working with us now, so selling that much items are really difficult even you can say unacceptable. 7. Dealers are not confidence enough at this point because huge issue on supply side 8. If you near around your monthly pr quarterly targets then senior will forcibly increase the target. 9. Culture is too pathetic here. 10. Don’t compare this division with Ultratech, ultratech has good working culture. 11. Most of the employees come from different industries and market leaders (will not disclose name of that company) so they are thought “if we only ask dealers then material will take by dealers”. But in the case of market leaders in terms of paint industry it’s happened due to their brand value. So working pattern some of them like this way. 12. Net landing of the product is costlier than competition, so big dealers are not working 13. There are various reasons that I like about birla Opus is the quality we serve, Contractor schemes,10% extra white color which we deliver is some key points.

Dislikes

There are also some areas which we need to improve, Sometimes app is not functioning properly

Lot to dislike. There is nothing but pressure. No monetary benefits, no worklife balance. Nothing to highlight here. Salary is getting on time but not what they have promised. TA +DA is so poor compared to competition brands.
