Work is too good and people are also good but time is too much salery is also good

The job is quite interesting struggle ab it in the beginning as there was ,many experience people , I was in trouble. I learned everything on the job

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
