I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Bin Mirza international company is vary good company in Oman Muscat. Work environment is good, nice culture work life was good and well balance, salary was also good they provide us cancel offs double payment if we worked on our weekoffs, plus overtime as well. I'm missing my previous company that is Bin Mirza international
