The management is not competent. There is a lot of politics and they doesn't address our issues. Their decisions are one sided ruining the work-life balance of employees. No yearly increment was given. They use to make false promises just to get the work done. Haven't got the confirmation letter or the promotion letter till date even after asking multiple times for the same. No job security in the company. There is only one good thing about this company is flexibility. You can work according to your convenience and flexibility.

Dislikes

The worst company I have ever worked with. Poor management, poor job security. No salary growth, no future growth at all, work environment is ok though. But it is not at all employee centric. I had worst experience till now. There is no work-life balance, sometimes they do harassment too.
