You can get good teammates. No training material, they will just train you for a week and ask you to work. There is no job security managers will make you life hell of you ask for career growth. They always delay the appraisal cycle and then say that you will not be provided with arrears as this is the rule. Also incentive structure changes in every two months. You cannot even use PLs. No job security managers will make your life hell of you ask for career growth or you tell them any of your problem. They always delay the appraisal cycle and then say that you will not be provided with arrears as this is the rule of company we don't have the cash flow. Manager changes the incentive structure anytime which won't even let you use your monthly PLs. Anytime your CTC can be reduced.
